Look for overflow
Items beside their assigned bin indicate capacity or category problems.
Look for abandoned organizers
An empty organizer can mean the location is wrong.
Look for retrieval friction
If one item requires moving several others, redesign access.
Change the design when needed
Repeated failure is evidence that the system may be unrealistic.
Practical boundary. Measure first, respect product load limits, and do not improvise wall, ceiling or overhead installations when the structure or appropriate hardware is uncertain.
