Organization system guide

Choosing bins, baskets and boxes by function

The useful container is determined by the item, shelf, visibility need, cleaning need and handling frequency.

Open bins

Useful for fast access when dust protection is not important.

Closed boxes

Better for low-use storage when contents are labelled.

Clear containers

Helpful when visual identification matters, but transparency does not replace categories.

Handles and weight

Large containers become awkward when filled with dense items.

Practical boundary. Measure first, respect product load limits, and do not improvise wall, ceiling or overhead installations when the structure or appropriate hardware is uncertain.
