Organization system guide

Organize storage by frequency of use

High-use, medium-use and low-use zones keep rarely used items from occupying the easiest storage positions.

High-use zone

Daily and weekly items should be visible or reachable with minimal moving of other things.

Medium-use zone

Monthly or current-season items can tolerate a little more reach.

Low-use zone

Holiday, archival and backup items can use higher, deeper or less convenient storage where safe.

Change the zone when life changes

The system should follow actual behaviour, not an old plan.

Practical boundary. Measure first, respect product load limits, and do not improvise wall, ceiling or overhead installations when the structure or appropriate hardware is uncertain.
