How We Respond
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, Home Organization Systems will promptly investigate the claim. If the claim is found to be legitimate, the offending content will be removed or disabled in a timely manner. We also reserve the right to notify the user who posted the content and take additional actions as necessary to prevent further infringement.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content removed or disabled by us was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
